Unless otherwise agreed, services are billed in advance (for example, setup fee or monthly management fee).
- Setup plans (like ₹499 starter setup) are usually non‑refundable once work has started.
- Monthly or multi‑month plans (₹999, ₹2499, etc.) are for ongoing work over that period.
- Refunds or partial credits, if any, are at Digi Xeno’s discretion and will depend on how much work has already been completed.

6. Client responsibilities
To deliver services on time, you agree to:
- Provide necessary access (for example, social media logins, Google Business access, hosting or WordPress access).
- Share correct business information, images and content where required.
- Reply to messages and approvals within a reasonable timeframe so work is not delayed.
Digi Xeno is not responsible for delays or results affected by missing information, late approvals or wrong details provided by you.[web:118][web:124]
7. Content ownership and rights
You keep ownership of your own brand, logo, photos and content that you provide.
For the duration of the service, you give Digi Xeno permission to use your content only to create posts, designs and website pages for your business.

8. No guarantee of specific results
Digital marketing, social media and Google visibility depend on many factors. While Digi Xeno aims to improve your online presence, no specific results (such as number of followers, sales, ranking position or leads) are guaranteed.[web:119][web:128]

Digi Xeno may use third‑party tools and platforms such as social networks, Google services, hosting, analytics or design tools to provide services.
