The final scope may include one or more of the following:

• Meta ads setup or campaign support
• Landing page creation
• Website design or page updates
• Custom digital marketing work

Any extra work outside the agreed scope may require extra charges, extra time, or a separate agreement.

5. Pricing and Payments

Pricing may vary depending on the service type, urgency, project size, revisions, and exact work required.

Some services may require advance payment, booking amount, or full payment before work begins.

• Combo plan pricing shown on the website is general pricing and may change over time
• Single-service pricing may be shared privately based on actual work scope
• Custom work is priced separately based on requirement

Digi Xeno reserves the right to update pricing without prior notice, but confirmed projects will follow the pricing agreed at the time of booking.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are subject to the Digi Xeno Refund / Cancellation Policy.

As a general rule, once work has started, design drafts have been shared, strategy has been discussed, or digital production has begun, payments may become partially or fully non-refundable.

7. Revisions

Reasonable revisions may be offered depending on the service and what was agreed before work started.

Unlimited revisions are not included unless explicitly promised in writing.

Major change requests after approval, after delivery, or after scope finalization may be treated as additional work.

8. Client Responsibilities

To complete work on time and correctly, you agree to:

• Provide required content, approvals, access, and references on time
• Share accurate business details and contact information
• Review drafts or updates within a reasonable time
• Communicate clearly about corrections or changes

Digi Xeno is not responsible for project delays caused by late replies, missing content, missing access, or unclear instructions from the client.

9. Access to Accounts and Platforms

If you provide access to social media accounts, Meta ad accounts, website admin panels, hosting, domain settings, or third-party tools, that access will be used only to provide agreed services.

You remain responsible for account ownership, security, password safety, billing settings, and removing access when work is complete.

10. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your original business name, logo, brand identity, photos, videos, and content that you provide.

Digi Xeno retains ownership of its internal methods, design systems, workflow processes, reusable templates, and any pre-existing assets not created exclusively for your business.

Final delivered custom assets created specifically for your project may be used by you for your business unless otherwise agreed.

11. Portfolio and Marketing Rights

Unless you specifically request otherwise in writing, Digi Xeno may display completed work, previews, screenshots, or non-sensitive examples in its portfolio, social media, or promotional content for marketing purposes.

Private login details, sensitive business data, or confidential internal information will not be intentionally published.

12. No Guarantee of Results

Digi Xeno does not guarantee exact leads, followers, sales, reach, ad performance, ranking positions, conversions, or business outcomes.

Digital marketing results depend on many factors including budget, competition, targeting, offer quality, market demand, timing, landing page quality, and customer response.

13. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Digi Xeno may use or recommend third-party platforms and tools such as:

• WhatsApp
• Meta platforms (Facebook / Instagram)
• Google tools and services
• Hosting providers and domain providers
• Design, AI, automation, or marketing tools

Digi Xeno is not responsible for outages, suspensions, bans, algorithm changes, policy changes, billing issues, or service failures caused by third-party platforms.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digi Xeno will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or services.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of leads, loss of revenue, ad spend losses, missed opportunities, business interruption, or data issues caused by third-party platforms.

If any direct liability applies, Digi Xeno’s total liability will generally be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service directly related to the issue.

15. Suspension or Termination

Digi Xeno may pause or stop a project if:

• Required payment is not made
• Client communication becomes abusive or unreasonable
• Necessary access or approvals are not provided
• The requested work violates law, platform rules, or ethical standards

You may also request to stop a project, but completed or partially completed work may still be chargeable.

16. Changes to These Terms

Digi Xeno may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are made.

Continued use of the website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law
